About Susan Vierkandt

As an Agent, I have always strived to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to serve my clients’ changing needs, and to be their FOREVER agent. As part of that journey, and because the world has grown smaller, I recently achieved the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation and the Resort & Second Home Property (RSPS) Certification. As an Anthropology major, my vision was to help emigrant groups assimilate into the U.S. When we moved to Dothan, AL, there didn't seem to be many emigrant groups here- except for Snowbirds, who weren't as culturally distinct as Southerners have always made them out to be! Over the years, however, Dothan has become quite the melting pot! Now, I can assist clients who want to relocate or buy a second home in another country, by engaging our International Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and CIPS/RSPS Referral Networks. I also hope to be an Ambassador for Dothan and attract others who might be drawn to our "happening" town in East LA!
